The migration type depends on your current hosting provider.

If your old provider uses cPanel or Plesk, we may be able to migrate the full hosting account, including website files, databases, email accounts, and related hosting data.

If your old provider uses another hosting panel, free migration is handled manually and includes one website selected by you.

For manual migrations, free migration includes one selected website.
Additional websites may be migrated separately through paid support, where possible.

Email migration may be included when a full cPanel or Plesk account migration is possible.

No. Due to the technical complexity of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, we do not migrate those accounts as part of our website migration service.

Your website can still be migrated to Webyard while your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email service remains managed separately.

Free migration does not normally include website redesign, rebuilding websites from scratch, malware cleanup, repairing broken websites, custom development, fixing existing plugin, theme, or script problems, or moving extra websites and email accounts outside the included migration scope.

If extra work is needed, we will explain it before doing anything that requires paid support.

Most website migrations can be prepared before DNS is changed, which helps reduce interruption.

In some cases, if we do not have access to the SSL certificate on the old server, DNS may need to be changed first so a new SSL certificate can be issued on Webyard.

During that short transition, some visitors may briefly see an SSL warning. This usually clears once the new certificate is issued, normally around 10–15 minutes.

Email migration can usually be handled without server-side interruption.

However, if your email app is configured to connect directly to the old server address, the app may stop connecting after DNS changes. In that case, the mailbox may still be working on the server, but the app may need to be updated with the correct Webyard mail server settings.
