Getting your first hosting plan
Step 1: Choose package
Ordering your first hosting package is simple, and it starts in the hosting plans section at the homepage of our website.
All you need to do to begin the ordering process in this case is to click on the green button in the column of your desired hosting plan.

After that you will be redirected to our customer portal, where you can select the billing term and enter your domain name.
Step 2: Choose your domain option
For domain name, you will have the following three options:
Step 3: Checkout
After you have selected the domain option, you will be able to review the cart before the purchase. Below is an example:

After you make sure that everything is correct, you can click the “Continue to checkout” button, which will lead to the next page where you can register a new account or sign in to an existing one.
If you are a new customer, while creating a new account, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have previously entered. You will need to click the confirmation link to activate the account.
The automated account activation messages can sometimes end up being flagged as spam, so please make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
You will then need to enter the payment details in order to complete the ordering process:

Payments are securely provided via the Stripe platform, so we are not able to see your card details, and we do not store them on our system.
While entering the card details, you can choose to save payment details for future use and to allow automated payments, which is recommended, especially if you choose a monthly billing cycle.
Pressing the button “Place order & pay” will then redirect you to the Stripe platform, where you can complete the payment.
Shortly after the payment is made, the services will be activated, and you will get an email notification with hosting account access details.

Please note that, if you typed domain name without TLD (domain extension), it is important to make sure you have selected type of domain you actually want to register.
